new heights concept

this is an interesting series of row houses in the heights which have 80 foot long front yards.  Some will have concrete front walls with no windows and others will have sleeping porches on the second floor open to the sky. This is a very avant-garde development for a very traditional neighborhood. I am curious to see how the general public will respond.
